About Me

I’ve been a backcountry trip leader, a high school math teacher, a content engineer, and a learning and development manager. I value handcraft—woodworking, knitting, sewing—and finding pleasure and meaning in daily life. I value work that makes the world better. I value community, connection, and most of all my family.

My path has offered me many opportunities to reflect on who I am, what I value, and how to live an engaged life. I’d love to help you do the same.
