I’m Ryan, a leadership and career coach. I'm committed to helping you find your center, connect it with your work, and live an engaged, purposeful life.

My background has given me plenty of firsthand experience with the adage, “What got you here won’t get you there.” I began my career as a high school math teacher, then switched to educational technology, and moved into management. I finally landed in the learning and development space, where I have revitalized onboarding and leadership development programs. With each change came the opportunity–the necessity–to reintegrate my past experiences with new skills and ways of being. My desire to help others navigate transitions led me to pursue a coaching certification with the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara starting in Fall 2022.
