Coaching

  • I work with company-sponsored clients to provide individual coaching for one or more leaders in an organization.

    Coaching engagements typically include 12 sessions plus a kickoff and wrap-up meeting with the client’s sponsor and manager, and can include an optional 360.

  • Group coaching can be a cost-effective way to offer the transformative power of coaching at scale within an organization’s talent program.

    I provide group coaching services structured around a specific topic, or tailored to an organization’s unique needs.

Facilitation & Training

  • I work with leaders to design and deliver offsites or retreats tailored to their specific team’s needs.

    Together, we will identify your desired learning outcomes and develop a design for the offsite or retreat to support those outcomes. We will also build a plan for how to sustain those outcomes after the offsite or retreat, once participants have returned to their daily lives.

    The result is a custom experience that aligns with your organization’s culture and priorities.

  • For organizations looking for an external facilitator, I design and deliver short workshops with outcomes tied to your larger program goals.

  • Moving into a people leader role for the first time can be demanding. New managers must adjust to the complexities of a new type of role in their organization, while also doing the complex inner work of developing their own type of leadership.

    I work with organizations to design unique programs to build new leaders’ capacities. A program package includes a custom mix of training workshops, group and individual coaching, mentoring, and self-paced learning.
