Leading a team of any size is a unique challenge. Your mood, behaviors, habits, words, and attention ripple through your organization, often having complex and unintended side effects.
One-on-one leadership coaching provides a reflective, structured space to more consciously identify and navigate those effects.

A typical leadership coaching engagement consists of 12 sessions, with an optional assessment or 360 review.
During our time, we will refine your goals, design experiments to build toward achieving them, and examine the successes and difficulties along the way.

Transition Coaching

Life transitions may be chosen or forced, large or small, welcome or threatening.
Transitions could be anything from making a career change, to shifting something in an artistic practice, to moving on from a business you started.
No matter what it is, all transitions require some kind of identity shift.

A typical transition coaching engagement is a series of 6-12 sessions.
We will work together to help you imagine who you want to become through this transition, and then to design a path towards that identity.
