My Approach
Coaching starts with your agenda. We’ll refine your goals together and clarify your ideal outcomes. Then we’ll identify the barriers between you and your goals, making plans to remove them and experience lasting change.
During this process, we’ll take a “whole life” perspective. Although clients come to coaching with practical career goals, we carry with us a lifetime of habits, messages, and self-perceptions. Examining this context often leads to the “aha” moment that enables us to achieve what we dream of.
